TRIBUTE TO BRO. JOSEPH MBEKA-BAKWA
The death has taken place in the Democratic Republic of the Congo of Bro. Joseph Mbeka, former president of the Kinshasa Senatus, who served two double-terms in that post, one many years ago when the Senatus was in crisis and he helped to restore confidence, and more recently when under his jurisdiction Legion membership reached 180,000. Sympathy is extended to his wife and family and his close associates in the Legion. May he rest in peace.
