Proposal to raise Brazzaville Regia to Senatus Status

The existing Regia in Brazzaville, the capital of the Congo Republic, has governed the Legion in the country for the past 25 years. There are 17 praesidia, 9 Curiae and 8 Comitia. The north of the country is sparsely populated, while the south is densely populated. As the Legion has grown, it is necessary to raise higher councils:
The proposal to raise the Regia of Brazzaville to Senatus status and to raise two Comitia in the south of the country to Regia status was approved by Concilium. The new Senatus will govern the Legion in the whole of the country, incorporating 17 directly attached praesidia, 9 Curiae, 6 Comitia and 2 Regia.
