REPUBLIC OF GUINEA
Investigation by internet suggests that from 2009 onwards there was pressure on the Legion, the Charismatic Renewal, the San Egidio Fraternity and the Emmanuel Community to join forces in support of the Basic Christian Communities in support of which a whole new spirituality was developed. It is good to note that the name of Br. Félix LOUA in whose home the Comitium used to meet appears on the Diocesan site as being the person now in charge of the Legion of Mary. There is no reference to the Legion on the sites of the other two Dioceses which each had a Curia and were in touch with the Comitium up to 4 years ago. Togo is willing to send visitators. An item of good news is that a cure for the Ebola virus seems at last to have been found.
